Begin your experience with a convenient hotel pickup in Djerba and meet your local host. Your journey starts with a walk through a lively neighborhood market, where you will discover local life and shop for fresh ingredients just like a Tunisian family. From seasonal vegetables to traditional products, learn how locals select the best items for their daily cooking.

After the market visit, head to a traditional Tunisian home where your hands-on cooking experience begins. Guided by your host, prepare two iconic dishes: couscous and brik. Learn authentic techniques, from preparing the semolina to folding and frying the perfect crispy brik.

Once the cooking is complete, sit down and enjoy the meal you’ve prepared in a warm and friendly atmosphere. The experience ends with traditional mint tea and a chance to relax, share stories, and immerse yourself in Tunisian culture before returning to your hotel.
