Begin your journey in Aomori City and embark on a scenic drive to Osorezan, one of Japan’s most sacred sites. Located on the Shimokita Peninsula, Osorezan is believed to be the place where souls go after death.

Upon arrival, take in the desolate landscape, where volcanic gases prevent plant growth, creating a unique and otherworldly atmosphere. Stroll around Lake Usori, a quiet lake with a distinct sulfur scent, and feel the spiritual energy of this sacred place.

Thanks to the volcanic activity, hot springs have formed in the area. Within the grounds of the Osorezan temple, there are several public bathhouses where you can enjoy a relaxing soak for the price of the admission fee alone.

This tour is perfect for those interested in spirituality or who love Japanese hot springs.
