      Know before you book

      • Please choose option correctly. The itinerary is same, just the accommodation is different: Homestay/Bungalow OR 3-star hotel OR 4-star hotel.
      • The order of the itinerary can be changed in some cases depending on the weather or the arrangement of our guide
      • We can pick up and drop off at hotel inside Hanoi Old Quarter area. There is extra for pick up or you should come to meeting point if your hotel is outside Old Quarter area.
      • The Hanoi People's Committee has approved a six-month trial ban on vehicles larger than 16 seats, except for buses and school transport, in the Hoan Kiem and Old Quarter areas. The policy will take effect from March 1, during peak hours from 6:30 AM – 8:30 AM and 4:30 PM – 6:30 PM.
      • Due to this change, some of our tour programs in Hanoi will be affected in terms of pick-up time and pick-up point in Old Quarter. Our team definitely inform you the most convenient pick-up time and pick-up point from your hotel. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience.

      What you can expect

      What To Expect

      Discover Hoa Lu, which was the ancient capital of Vietnam from 968 to 1009 CE. Then you travel to Tam Coc, which is complimented as “Ha Long among the rice paddies”. Spend the second day visiting Cuc Phuong National Park, which is famous for its variety of animals, plants and the dozens of ancient caves that can be found within the forest.

      ITINERARY IN BRIEF:

      DAY 1: HANOI – HOA LU – TAM COC (L/D)

      7.30 – 8.30: Pick up at the hotel then depart for ancient of Hoa Lu (90km south of Hanoi).

      11.00: Visit temples dedicated to King Dinh Tien Hoang (923 – 979) and Le Dai Hanh (941 -1005).

      12.00: Continue to Tam Coc for lunch and take picture of villages and stunning landscapes.

      13.30: Board on sampans to visit Tam Coc (Three caves).

      15.30: Finishing 2 hours on sampans, we will have time for relaxing in hotel after long day of activity.

      17.00 Dinner at your hotel/ homestay/ bungalow and stay overnight in Tam Coc.

      DAY 2: TAM COC – CUC PHUONG – HANOI (B/L)

      08h30: Have breakfast and be ready for Cuc Phuong National Park (available from min 2 travelers)

      09h30: We will firstly visit the Endangered Primate Rescue Centre - a non-profit organization dedicated to the rehabilitation, breeding, research, and conservation of endangered primates, and to the protection of their habitats.

      12h00: Have lunch in the restaurant with the local foods.

      Continue taking a short trek into the National Park for sightseeing and learn more about the fauna and flora in this oldest forest of Vietnam. Back to the Park Centre visit the “Cave of Early Man”.

      16h00: Take the Limousine Bus back to Ha Noi

      18h30: Arrive Back to Ha Noi and get dropped at the hotel.
