Jaques was so accommodating, he helped coordinate the pick up of our rental car, with dinner suggestions and reservations. The hotel is so central. Amboise is a charming town to walk and explore. Be sure to include their breakfast. There is private off street parking. The location was excellent for walking the city. The continental breakfast was simple, but very nice. The room was spacious, clean, comfortable and quiet. Eclectic and beautifully decorated, with a comforable bed and amazing shower in our room. We loved the breakfast buffet and wonderfully kind staff. Walkable to everything in town, but far enough out to be quiet. The staff was incredibly welcoming, kept our luggage while we toured the area before check-in, and served a nice breakfast. Our room was at the top of the hotel, very nice size, perfectly equipped, and comfortable bed. It had a great view of the chateau!
