The room is dated and poorly maintained, and the air conditioning is not cooling properly

L'hôtel en lui-même est très beau et les chambres sont spacieuses. Bravo pour l'espace privé sur la plage, même s'i n'est pas toujours propre. Les problèmes viennent du manque d'équipement (parasols autour de la piscine entre autres). Le personnel quant à lui est trés gentil, mais peut-être pas assez nombreux lorsque l'hôtel est plein. Les pauvres sont débordés et ne peuvent répondre à toutes les demandes. Il est dommage que les animations ne se fassent qu'en anglais. Côté restauration, les buffets sont très copieux mais manquent de qualité et souffrent, selon moi, d'une mauvaise présentation. Dommage. En résumé, nous avons passé un bon séjour mais sommes un peu déçus.

Séjour affreyx . Hôtel vétuste. Manque d'hygiène. All invlusive ne correspond pas à la prestation vendue. Ni à faire ni à refaire. Seul le personnel était adorable et à l'écoute.

This place needs a complete overhaul. I would not recommend it. Members of staff pass the buck and for any query will ask you to ask someone else. - gutter smell around the pool toilets with lots of drain flies - poorly maintained, our bin was not working and bathroom smelt extremely damp. - when i complained no one got back to me - service is really poor. - the beach are is very crowded and is not private - Generally very run down and does not feel like a sofitel at all. - Our bathroom flush button was broken and the bathroom had loads of drain flies - Entertainment is very loud - balcony has bird poo and no one bothered to clean it - no iron in the room and the fridge does not work - gym is no bigger than the room and the aircon was out of order - food labelling wasn’t there so you don't know what you're having The good - decent selection at breakfast - they change the towels
