圣诞节期间入住的，酒店每天都组织很多活动，有专门的工作人员带着小孩儿玩，做游戏还发奖牌，圣诞节当天有圣诞老人来照相，每个孩子都发了小礼物，我儿子玩得特别开心。房间里烹饪设备齐全，酒店里有个超市可以买各种必需品，价格合理。出门左转几步路还有个中餐馆（只是看见没有去吃，无法评价）。总之大大的推荐，有机会还会去住。

We have been to this hotel 8 times and cannot fault it at all, it is always clean and welcoming. Large, comfortable rooms and friendly staff. Will be back next year.

From the minute myself and husband arrived .it has been wonderful. Had a lovely surprise for my special birthday coming up with ballons and cake and cava all special.touches .in the villa on arrival.We have now extended our stay ,and we were upgraded to another villa. Well what can I.say ,I was blown away with the Duchess villa but now in a Princess villa it is just amazing. The breakfast is lovely and Dined in the restaurant 3 nights, and had room service too ,all excellent,The Meals were all delicious.A big thank you to Fiona and Carlos and staff at reception .The staff were very welcoming to.us . All the staff are a credit to the Royal.garden villas..I did not get all there names to mention. We will definitely make another trip here as we loved it so much .Thank you

We would rate our stay at this hotel 4/5 stars overall. I want to preface this review by saying that some of the things I mention are definitely nitpicking, but that is largely because this is a five-star hotel. When you are paying for a five-star experience, you naturally expect the smaller details to be taken care of as well. None of the issues we experienced completely ruined our stay, and we genuinely enjoyed many things, but there were enough small disappointments that I think they are worth mentioning for anyone considering a stay here. We stayed in a standard “Melia Room,” which was nicely decorated and had a pleasant overall atmosphere. Unfortunately, the location of our room was one of the things that made the stay slightly less convenient. Our room was located at the far end of the hotel, and the other window overlooked the parking lot. Because the hotel is so large, getting from our room to the main areas of the property involved quite a bit of walking. The room itself was attractive and comfortable, but the bathroom was where we felt it needed a bit more attention to detail. The toilet was quite difficult to flush, which was inconvenient, and there was some mildew in the shower. We stayed on a half-board basis, which gave us the opportunity to experience some of the hotel's themed dinner nights. The Asian night left something to be desired, and the dishes were inconsistently clean. We also had one frustrating experience with the front desk regarding the shuttle.
