Everything in the best conditions 👍 Overall, we had a great vacation. The swimming pools were amazing, the food was delicious with plenty of variety, and the nightly shows were very entertaining. The staff was friendly and always willing to help. The resort is wonderful overall, though the rooms could benefit from a little modernization to match the quality of the rest of the property. With that improvement, the experience would be even better. Despite this, we had a wonderful time and would gladly consider visiting again.

We had a fantastic stay, lovely staff, lots of different activities available if wanted. Evening entertainment at the Sunset bar was varied and very enjoyable. The all inclusive restaurant was so good and provided a variety of dishes for our family that we didn’t feel the need to make use of the à la carte restaurant. We were there during the World Cup and the games were shown (projected) in a conference room (away from the bedrooms) The beach was lovely though stoney when entering the sea. Rooms were comfortable with a fridge stocked with drinks (mostly soft drinks) but no snacks (there is a coffee ‘shop’ with a range of very tasty cakes! all inclusive) We also made use of the spa having a hammam and massage (reasonable extra cost). There is a shop selling toiletries and necessities but beware the cost of items such as sun cream!

Zeer groot en goed onderhouden domein. Het personeel is ontzettend behulpzaam en erg vriendelijk. De locatie is ideaal: met de auto ben je in ongeveer 10 minuten in het centrum. De kamer was niet splinternieuw, maar wel netjes en schoon. Wij hebben hier een zeer aangenaam verblijf gehad en zouden dit hotel zeker aanbevelen. Top vakantie gehad

Der Service entspricht leider nicht dem Niveau eines 5-Sterne-Hotels. In mehreren Restaurants und Bars wurden wir kaum bedient. Im Strandrestaurant saßen wir beispielsweise 15–20 Minuten am Tisch, ohne dass uns Besteck gebracht oder eine Getränkebestellung aufgenommen wurde. Gleichzeitig waren viele Tische russischsprachiger Gäste bereits versorgt. Insgesamt wirkte das Personal häufig unmotiviert und wenig freundlich. Auch die Sauberkeit ließ zu wünschen übrig. Unser erstes Zimmer in den Villen hatte einen unangenehmen Geruch, eine verschmutzte Dusche, eine defekte Duschtür und starke Kalkablagerungen. Nach dem Zimmerwechsel ins Hauptgebäude war es besser, der tägliche Zimmerservice blieb jedoch sehr oberflächlich. Das Essen war in Ordnung, allerdings wenig abwechslungsreich. Das Hotel ist überwiegend auf russischsprachige Gäste ausgerichtet. Auch die Animation sprach deutlich besser Russisch als Englisch oder Türkisch und vermittelte den Eindruck, diese Gäste zu bevorzugen. Zudem arbeitet das Hotel mit einem örtlichen Taxiunternehmen zusammen, das nur Festpreise in Euro verlangt und das Taxameter nicht nutzt. Für ein Hotel in Belek, einer Region mit einem sehr hohen Qualitätsstandard und Nachbarhotels wie das Regnum, Kempinski oder Titanic, bleibt dieses Hotel deutlich hinter den Erwartungen an ein 5-Sterne-Hotel zurück.
