打掃太晚，我們出外回到房間還末打掃，我不好意思麻煩正在打掃隔壁房間的工人，拿了幾條新毛巾就不要她打掃我的房間，希望酒店改進員工人手不足時間表問題。

Excellent view of the lake area and very beautiful club house within Orlando, the best choice for vacation down in FL

Good for family vacation. The washing machine was hard to use. Cleaning condition was so-so. Overall, I would give it a solid 7. I hope next time I stay there it would be better.

The hotel is not far from Universal Studios and provides free shuttle bus service, making it convenient for travelers. The building is over 50 years old and has been renovated, but the soundproofing is not ideal. However, the rest of the hotel is good, making it a good choice for family travel.
