My family and I enjoyed our stay. The staff was very nice and helpful. I would definitely stay here again.

The homeless population is everywhere in front of this property. We had only one approach us for money. The really stayed to themselves but still scary.

The front desk personnel offered less than average service. When I called the front desk on my way to the hotel the call was not picked up promptly. I was abruptly placed on a long (forgotten) hold. At check in the same front desk employee neglected to tell me the procedure for the paid parking online process. I noticed tags in some cars and went back to ask. The young woman remained seated behind the desk and seemed more interested in her personal phone conversation than guest inquiries. The hotel was clean and well maintained except the bathroom light in our room did not work. The rooms were very small. The hotel was nicely situated a few blocks from the beach.
