The parking lot was in rough shape. Weeds growing thru around the curb. Passed the laundry room and the blinds had been destroyed about 1/2 up. The office was dirty looking. The room had a quick remodel. Paint was not covering bathroom walls very well, ceiling had been patched and left unpainted. Door trim looked like soaked in water about 6" up. Bath door hinges were thick with rust. Did not feel safe.. Beds were comfortable.
