The hotel needs to let all clients know there are no elevators. The second floor has at least 25-40 steps. We needed to haul our suitcases up those stairs. If I knew there were no elevators I would have requested a first floor room.

Friendly and attentive staff are a pleasure to work with. Rooms are spotless. Elevators and luggage carts are clean (rarely at other properties). Pool and workout rooms are open.

Located close to highway with several restaurants within walking distance BUT the hotel itself was merely ok. Upon checking in the girl wasn’t sure what room she could give me and had to call her manager on her cell phone to ask. Then the room had floors that your shoes (or feet if you dare to risk that) stick to when you walk. The room amenities are nice - having a full kitchen, a sofa and table to relax at or get some work done is great plus the beds are comfortable for a good nights sleep. Breakfast could use some other options besides cardboard muffins, oatmeal or cereal - but it’s something at least. Past experiences at other TownePlace hotels have been much better when they offer the same amenities but just a higher quality of care and hospitality.
