Very clean and the staff is wonderful. The exterior of the building and parking lot is pretty beat up so I was a little concerned when I arrived. As soon as I went into the lobby I was relieved. Very nice and modern lobby and the room is spotless
The hotel has easy access from the freeway. Very comfortable rooms and pleasant office staff. The breakfast was a little cold BUT we arrived about 1/2 hour before closing.
Only problem i had was that we checked in&friday & was told the the pool heater would b fixed in the next couple of days& when we checked out on tuesday the pool heater was still not fixed. The pool was very very cold
stayed there twice would stay again.................
Great staff, very helpful. I was very disappointed that they didn't have their pool open on May 7th, when it was in the 80's.
Everything was great, fruit water, and fruit as you walked in the door. Breakfast was pretty good, but we had biscuits and gravy 3 days in a row and on our last day there we didn't have biscuits and gravy or anything in the meat or egg department except for boiled eggs. We had hoped they would have ...
This hotel use to be very nice, but it now appears run down. The carpet is old and worn and needs to be replaced. The staff is great and did a great job trying to make our stay the best that it could be, but the price is too high for a run down hotel. We were staying on the 5th floor and the elevator ...
apprehensive due to maintenance/renovation to move about
Easy fast check in, great breakfast, comfortable clean bed, all amenities.
Spent 1 night here. Excellent stay. Would book again. We even had a kitchen.
Once the only desk clerk returned from helping another customer, check-in was smooth. Room was more than adequate. It was clean and comfortable. The bathroom actually had an exhaust fan, a feature left out of more and more hotels. Air conditioning was good albeit a bit noisy. Pillows were overstuffed, ...
Comfortable. Nice breakfast. Staff was excellent.
Perfect all the way around. All staff is very friendly and compassionate.
The accommodations are clean and comfortable and convenient to the airport. Eating establishments are within walking distance. The shuttle is broken down so the hotel paid a taxi to take me to the airport for my flight. Comfortable hotel, helpful, friendly staff. Good experience.
Just a quick trip to ABQ but this HoJo was clean and comfy. Pool area is LARGE and comfortable. Hotel is older, but clean and staff was nice. They had a FULL breakfast which was good quality. Price was the best part-and worth it!
Had a quiet room on the second floor. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was good. Parking was a little tight for a large pickup. The air conditioner was noisy.
The staff were wonderful, and their free shuttle is available for activities beyond a quick run to the airport or rental car facility. While I was there they took a family to Walmart for some shopping and picked them up when they were done. Nice service!
It was enjoyable but the pool was closed. It was a pleasant stay. The front desk people were nice and the breakfast was okay.
Great value low budget hotel. Furnishings and decor are a bit tired but its clean and in terms of location and friendliness of the staff - they couldn't have done more. Make use of the free shuttle service to the airport - makes it even better value !
I didn’t spend that much time in hotel. It was nice while I did.
It was comforting and staff was welcoming . Kinda disappointed there was no continental breakfast that the chose breaker next time
