This hotel has been completely renovated. Everything in the room was new, including the bathroom fixtures. The bed was very comfortable. They offered us free water and coffee when we checked in. The elevator is not the most convenient to use, as it is about halfway back and not as near parking as one would like. We ended up using the stairs that were very convenient to our room. The hallway between the rooms was hot because of the room air conditioners exhausting the air from the rooms into the hallway, adding to the already hot temperature. This would be a good feature in colder weather. We enjoyed our stay, and the price was very reasonable. The room was as nice as in many more expensive hotels. We enjoyed our stay.

Ice machine did not work. Room 111 the light between beds was in strobe effect. Had to wait 7 minutes for someone to come to the desk to check in. When i went back to tell them about the light had to wait another six minutes. Shower was no pressure. No light in pole lamp. Not the quality you would think from Spring Hill properties. Will not go back and defintely would tell others to find somewhere else. Also the fridge / freezer part had ice built up to at least four inches around.

Super nice hotel with an amazing staff! Everyone was very friendly and accommodating, and we truly enjoyed our stay. The breakfast was wonderful as well. Thank you for making our stay so comfortable and enjoyable—we would definitely stay again!
