It was clean, good size apartment, location is close to the center but the area around it didn’t feel comfortable at night, and it was hard to notice where the main door is as the sign is inside and not clear on the road.

Had high expectation to visit this place. The service was disappointing at the best. we were left alone on our self with zero help from the staff.. judging from previous review, the same problem still exist. I guess the only improvement they’re trying to do is to reply bad reviews. It’s the same standard answer without actual action to improve their service.

What I don't like the most is the breakfast. There are very limited breakfast options and it's a very small buffet - compared to other 5 star hotels nearby it's inferior. The first morning, I ordered boiled eggs, I waited for more than 30 mins or so, then checked with the staff. They responded eggs had to be cooked - clearly we don't need 30 mins for hard boiled eggs. It was brought out less than 10 mins after I checked in with them You could have just admitted the order was missed and apologised. Also staff didn't show me where I could get water on the first day. I checked in and got to my room before 5pm. Complimentary filtered water bottle was brought to my room after 8pm. I can't understand how this is helpful. This is an odd customer welcome journey - it's all about the right moment at the right time - wondering if the hotel wants guests to drink and pee at night and that's why they brought it to the room so late? The same thing happened the following day. The sauna had very loud music and poor quality speakers so it's not at all a relaxing time in the sauna. I requested the music be turned down or turned off but obviously no change was made. Overall this hotel falls short of my expectations and I don't recommend.

The room was absolutely beautiful, and the staff were so lovely and welcoming.

Beautiful hotel on the shopping street and at the other end of the street from the train station. You walk out to a park across the street. Great location. VERY kind helpful staff. They even parked our car in the garage for us and held our suitcases while we walked around. Beautiful lobby. Beautiful room. Large bathroom with separate toilet area. A Place to hang a clothes item after you wash it in the tub if necessary. Loved this elegant hotel. We did not eat here so I have no comment.

Onsite breakfast was delicious and incredibly convenient before heading into town for the day. Staff seemed unconcerned about checking in and did not tell us any relevant information without asking questions such as times and locations of where things were.

We booked as required an accessible room which we were allocated, I did make sure of this by emailing a few days before as the booking was made some months ago. The room was a good size and fully accedsible, we were also able to stream content to the TV and the toiletries provided were Rituals, my wifes favourite! All areas with perhaps the exception of the rooftop pool (which we decided against trying) with the Norda restaurant having a wheelchair ramp The breakfast was excellent and the bar while expensive as standard in Sweden was no more than anywhere else we found. A shout out to Micke the maintenance man for fixing our wheelchair too! Location wise, perfectly placed in the centre near the station. From a wheelchair perspective, cobblestones everywhere outside.

Very friendly, exceptional breakfast, very good location near the central train station and central sites.
