Know before you book
- Drivers must be 18 or older, present a valid driver's license (not learner's permit or permit) and must bring a VISA or Master Card (for ATV liability purpose)
- Max of 450 pounds per ATV. Driver Sharing is not permitted.
- This activity is not wheelchair accessible. Pregnant guests may not participate. Not recommended for travelers with back problems, with heart problems or other serious medical conditions.
- Hotel pickup is available from most centrally located Isla Verde, Condado, and Old San Juan & Miramar Hotels. Please NOTIFY your HOTEL and arrange pickup from hotel or a nearby location when you call to confirm your booking (min 72 hrs prior). Upon pick up, present your voucher & picture ID.
- Closed-toe shoes are required. We recommend comfortable clothing, long pants, sunglasses and a change of clothes as you will get muddy
- Present Covid Vaccine Card or Negative Test Result upon boarding the transportation. Mandatory use of face masks and hand sanitizers by guests at all times.
- A minimum of guests is required for tour to operate. Alcohol and controlled substances are prohibited on this tour; guests under the influence may not participate. We reserve the right of admission.
- No refunds or re-schedule applies for late cancellations, no shows, being late or not complying with the requirements (license, credit card, age, max weight, Covid etc). Cancellation deadline is 72 hours in advanced. All guests must sign a waiver.
