Daily Itinerary:
Day 1 Rome Arrive and transfer to your hotel. Evening guided walking tour of the city center, including the Jewish Ghetto, Trevi Fountain, and Spanish Steps. Note: From Low Season 2024-25, the walking tour will be replaced by a Daily Hop On Hop Off bus ticket.
Day 2 Rome - Assisi - Siena - Florence Departure at 7:15 AM. Explore Assisi, visit the Basilica of St. Francis, and continue to Siena for a guided tour. Arrive in Florence for an overnight stay and dinner.
Day 3 Florence Guided tour of Florence’s main sights, including the Duomo and Santa Croce. Lunch at a local Tuscan restaurant. Free afternoon or optional trip to Pisa.
Day 4 Florence - Bologna - Padua - Venice Visit Bologna’s historic center with a guided walking tour. Continue to Padua for a visit to the Basilica of Saint Anthony. Arrive in Venice (Mestre) for overnight stay. Note: From High Season 2024-25, the Padua visit will be replaced with extended time in Bologna, including a light lunch street food experience.
Day 5 Venice Guided walking tour of Venice, including St. Mark’s Square and the Doge’s Palace. Enjoy a light lunch with Spritz and “Cicchetti.” Free afternoon to explore.
Day 6 Venice - Montepulciano - Rome Travel to Tuscany’s wine region, Montepulciano, for a guided tour and wine tasting. Enjoy lunch before returning to Rome.
Day 7 Rome Guided morning tour of the Vatican Museums, Sistine Chapel, and St. Peter’s Basilica with skip-the-line access. Free afternoon.
