We will teach you how to make Hakozushi(pressed sushi) using traditional Japanese cypress molds. You will choose your favorite ingredients from a selection of delicious Japanese meat, fishes, and vegetables we have prepared and press it together with rice. After　finished, enjoy your dish with Japanese soup, appetizers and deserts. We will provide you with cooking ideas and recipes so that you can easily cook them yourself after the experience. The class is completely private and equipped with a play pen and toys, so even if you have children, you can still enjoy the class in a relaxed atmosphere. Sake tasting is available as a paid option.
