Complimentary airport pick-up services on the first day of your tour at the Vancouver International Airport (YVR) will be available at: 10:00, 12:30, 15:00, 17:00, 19:00 and 21:00. Please be aware that you may need to wait at the airport for other passengers to transfer to the hotel according to the bus schedule.

Depart from Vancouver in the morning and arrive at Seattle Airport in the afternoon. It is recommended to book a domestic flight that takes off after 16:30 or an international flight that takes off after 17:30.

- For guests joining this tour, we offer complimentary airport transfers. No matter what time you arrive, you’ll be picked up without waiting for other passengers. If you require airport pick-up, please contact the tour operator in advance.
- Each guest is permitted to bring only one carry-on luggage item (maximum dimensions approximately: length 65cm width 45cm height 28cm or smaller, similar to a 26-inch suitcase).
- Mandatory meals at Fairmont Banff Springs/Fairmont Chateau Lake Louise Includes: 2 Three-course French dinners + 2 Buffet breakfasts at the hotel. Please inform us the main course choice of the dinner (choose one from beef or fish or vegetarian, if not informed in advance, beef will be selected
