The apartment had every thing you need

Room was lovely! Spacious, comfortable & spotlessly clean. Location was central too. We really enjoyed our stay & would highly recommend staying at this hotel.

The view from room over the beach/sea was amazing! The staff were friendly, location walkable to everywhere! The unit was laid out well with everything you needed! They just need to upgrade some of the furniture as old, torn or chipped eg coffee table edge was very chipped, dining room chairs torn

We stayed at the Stamford about 10 years ago, and at the time we thought it was a great hotel. Unfortunately, it doesn’t look like much maintenance has been done in the interim. On the plus side, the room was spacious, however, the carpets and furniture were stained, the doors to the wardrobe didn’t slide open easily, and a drawer front came off in my hand when I used it. We let reception know about the drawer and cupboard, and they fixed the drawer but not the sliding door. The building still looks impressive from the outside but really does need a refurbishment.
