Weekend getaways in Thousand Oaks

Everything was comfortable. The elevator floors were very dirty and the tile floors in the bathroom were very sticky.. we encountered a dog during the breakfast hours eating with their person off the table top two mornings.

From the moment we arrived bedraggled & exhausted after being mandatory evacuated from the beastly Thomas fire, we felt like the Four Seasons understood our plight & did everything in their power to relax us and provide a comfortable oasis. The pool is heated and lots of ample parking! Love the stay so far. We had an issue with our tv and they fixed it right away.

It’s a small facility, compact, like you would expect near the water. The room did have a separate seating area which was unexpected at that price. Great deal if you want to stay close to the water!

Very clean hotel. Comfortable beds. Excellent service from Kylie and Dominic who helped me with xeroxing business documents and even delivered the documents to the room very willingly and with a smile! A bit hard to find. It’s behind WalMart on Ventu Park road. It needs a sign to direct you to front of hotel. All else great.

This place was amazing. Quiet area, great customer service, comfy bed, and the cleanliness was outstanding.

Excellent facilities and pleasant staff. This hotel provides a very “exclusive” feeling. Will be staying here again. Highly recommended.

We love staying here. The pool is heated and there is plenty of shade. Used the bar for the first time a drinks were perfect. Eric at the front desk exseplefies what being a host is all about. He has great customer service skills.

Everything was great!

My husband and I booked our stay for our 13th anniversary. Can’t put into words how cute this places is. We stayed in number six which is the crown . Very comfortable bed and bathroom size was good . In the room you have a teapot, a pour over for coffee and also looseleaf tea with teabags to brew .
