Beautiful lake

we enjoyed our stay @ La Vista Akangawa very much. our main attraction was the Ainu fall festival and the hotel is close to town and the cruise dock. Breakfast & dinner were beyond our expectations.

The room they gave me overlooking the harbor on the 10th floor was very comfortable, spotless and the coziness was awesome. The hot springs and amenities were also great and the staff was very helpful and friendly. Would def recommend it over all the other places i walked past, short walk to JR Station, right before the bridge around the corner many nice little restaurants and a quick 10-15 min walk to the City Museum and park. Kushiro is worth the trip and this place made it that much better.

Room was clean. Suite was large. Staff very friendly and efficient. Appreciate English at the desk. Great to be able to control room temperature. Breakfast was excellent.

We had a wonderful 3-nights stay at Lamp No Yado Moritsubetsu. We were two couples and took two Japanese-style rooms, both of which were spacious, spotless, and very comfortable. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, making us feel very welcome from the start. The setting is beautiful—peaceful, quiet, and surrounded by lush greenery. Very helpful staff and great breakfast!

I very much enjoyed my stay at Smile Hotel. Everyone was nice and welcoming. If there was any issue or questions they would answer it. The buffet was breakfast only which was helpful and amazing.

Wonderful location with great amenities and very friendly staff. I was fortunate to be upgraded to a spectacular room, but the primary pleasure of my stay was being able to relax after a long hike in a comfortable environment, enjoy the hot spring and re energize with a delicious dinner.

The rooftop mixed onsen was a big surprise, but super nice as we don't usually get to be with family members of other sex. (You do provide basic swimwear). It was so nice to look over the lake and just chill out in the onsen upstairs, but the main onsen were also incredible. Food options were plenty in the restaurant (buffet style), and it's so close to the Ainu Kotan... definitely worth a visit!!
