Know before you book

  • Ariel Tram is not wheelchair accessible.
  • Butterfly garden, trails and terrariums are wheelchair accessible.
  • Maximum group size is 6 people.
  • If booking a transfer, at least 2 people are required for the transfer to take place.
  • Check-in is 15 minutes prior to the booked tour start time.
  • Free Parking
  • All minors (under 18) must be accompanied by an adult during the tour.
