Know before you book

  • You MUST provide the ffull names and passport or ID card details of all passengers - This is a mandatory prerequisite in order to buy Alcazar tickets
  • If you are retired or a student please, note you must hold your Student and ID card as proff of age and show it to the monument's staff
  • Only students from 18 to 25 years old holding an updated Student card and ID shall purchase the students option. Please do not forget to bring it with you!
  • Seniors must be over 65 yeras old and they must bring a valid ID.
  • According to Rules Reales Alcázares, each traveler must carry their official documentation physically
  • If you are not in possession of valid ID, you will be denied access to the monument and will not be able to enjoy your activity.
