On this full-day guided fly-fishing trip, we'll pick your party up at your hotel in the Anchorage area and take you to one of our favorite rivers in Southcentral Alaska. We'll have hip boots (waders) ready for you so your favorite kicks will stay clean and dry. Your expert guide will teach you the basics and have you flyfishing in a short time. Not convinced flyfishing is for you? Give it a shot! We're sure you'll love it, but just in case, we'll keep "regular fishing" gear available. We'll provide all the gear you'll need to catch a variety of freshwater fish like rainbow trout, arctic grayling and dolly varden ranging from 12" to 24" in length, we're always hunting the occasional lunker nearing 28". Whether it's your first time or you're a seasoned pro, we will get you on fish. We'll be on the river for between 4 and 6 hours, and return your group to the pickup location when we're done. This is catch and release fishing - the fish we catch will all live to bite again another day! YOU CAN DO IT!
