Know before you book
- Tickets are for the home team. Do not cheer for the away team.
- *Exact match date and time are not confirmed until approximately a month before the match. Matches will be played on 1 of 3 days, starting no earlier than Saturday at 6 PM and no later than Monday at 9 PM.*
- *Midweek matches will be played on 1 of 3 days, starting no earlier than Tuesday at 6 PM and no later than Thursday at 8:45 PM. Please be sure to check the final day and time of the match with the service provider.*
- You will receive information on ticket collection, including any updates, via email.
- After finalizing your booking, please contact the service provider (contact details in your booking voucher) as soon as possible with the full name, date of birth, and nationality of each customer, as football tickets are personalized in Italy.
- In order to redeem your voucher, you must present a valid passport or government-issued photo ID that matches the contact name you used when booking. If you do not present a valid form of identification, you will not receive admission, and you will not be issued a refund.
- Seats in pairs are guaranteed. Seats for groups of 3 or more are located together depending on availability; however, this cannot be guaranteed.
- In exceptionally rare cases, due to police regulations issued last minute, Italian ID card and passport holders that are not residents of the city where the match is played may not be permitted to enter the stadium. In this event, please hold on to your voucher(s) so you can claim a full refund.
