- Please note: We only provide the service for the total number of pax, names, and details you have booked. We are not responsible for providing service to guests who arrive outside the total number of pax as per the reservation

- IMPORTANT!!! Required documents in soft flies (Immigration fast track) : copy of PASSPORT, copy of FLIGHT TICKETS (tickets for inbound (arrival) and outbound (departure)) and please send it to cs@befreetour.com or Whatsapp +62 858-8812-9727
- We have 2 options which are Meet and Greet service and Fast Track Service. For fast track service, guests will pass through a new VIP lane, separate from other guest lanes. The process is faster than meet and greet.
