What you can expect
Step into a real Apulian masseria, surrounded by olive trees and vineyards, and discover authentic southern Italian cooking. This is not a tourist show but a family-style class where local hosts guide you through traditional recipes.
Choose your focus:
Fresh pasta (orecchiette), hand-shaped following old family techniques
Panzerotti, folded, filled, and fried golden
Focaccia, Bari-style, topped and baked to perfection
Whichever you select, the dish is served with seasonal specialties from the dairy and garden, accompanied by rustic bread. The experience ends at a shared long table, tasting what you have prepared in a warm and genuine atmosphere.
Designed for small groups (max 8 participants), this class delivers authenticity, intimacy, and hands-on tradition. For travelers arriving by train, an optional round-trip transfer from Gioia del Colle station is available. Private tours can also be arranged on request.
