The day will include some of these activities, chosen by the shepherd according to the time of the season and the weather of the day:
- Transhumance: governing the sheep and moving them from one valley to another
- Milking of a sheep or a cow
- Picnic in the meadows with cheese, local meats and a glass of wine
- Cutting cork from trees / cutting grass or wood
- The different stages of cheese-making
- Farmhouse lunch:
The lunch is meat-based, prepared with local organic products, consisting of:
- Appetizer with a cheese board, cold cuts and vegetables in oil
- First course of pasta
- Second course of meat
- Fruit in season
- Wine and water
- Coffee, sweet digestifs from the house
