Redeem Your Direct Entry Ticket (DET) Early - Before entering the park, please ensure you redeem your Direct Entry Ticket (DET) from your Timeslot Booking Order (TBO).

Guests who arrive without converting their TBO into a DET may only get later entry times (for example, 9:15 PM or 9:45 PM) during peak hours. This could result in longer waiting times or missing key experiences, such as the Multi-Language Tram (MLT) ride.

Tip: Redeem your DET early to secure your preferred entry time and enjoy a smoother experience.
At the entrance, please present both your admission ticket and MLT ticket, especially if your admission and tram times are different.

- Multi-Language Tram (MLT) – Fixed Timings & Boarding Point
The Multi-Language Tram (MLT) departs only from Tram Station 5 and operates on a strict schedule with continuous departures.

To ensure you don’t miss your ride:

• Arrive 10–15 minutes before your scheduled MLT time.

• Late arrivals cannot be moved to another slot, as all sessions are usually fully booked.

Please note that some third-party sources may provide incorrect information — MLT timings are fixed and non-changeable.
