To continue with the beautiful boardwalk, we walk and admire the view of the largest lake in Mexico. It is because of its pleasant climate that it is a place of bird migration.

By December 1955, Lake Chapala was in one of its worst droughts, that is why it is decided to take the virgin of Zapopan and make a pilgrimage looking for the miracle of the rain, as a result of this event in June 1956 it rained so much in the storm that it recovered and thanks to this miracle a thank-you mass is celebrated every year on the 1st of July.

We will continue our visit through the Floresta, a place where foreigners are looking for retire fleeing the extreme climates of their cities.

Un tour muy agradable, apto para todas las edades, sin embargo les falto el tiempo para la comida y recomendaciones de lugares donde comer.

This was just a private sedan and driver who drove us to Chapala and Ajijic but didn't really show us that much and we didn't know what to tell him as far as where to go. However, on the way back he did take us to the central district of Guadalajara and was quite informative considering our previously scheduled Guadalajara Tour was very poor in a bus without AC in 95 deg weather.

I did the Tlaquepaque and tonala tour with Amigo which was advertised as lasting 9h but the uber driver who took us there said he was only being paid for 5h and we would have to pay extra for more. He was an uber driver and not a tour guide. All he did was bring is to Tonala, leave us there to tour the market, picked us up and drove us to Tlaquepaque where he also left us to tour the town by ourselves. When we were ready to leave, we called him and he said he was nearby but we waited 45min for him. He was also rude and not helpful overall. The next day I had the Chapala lake tour booked and the same uber driver showed up so I chose not to take the tour. I strongly advised anyone not to use Amigo Tours. I
