      • First departure from Stops 1, 5, 6 and 17 between 9:30am and 9:40am. Last departure from any stop at 4pm. Last tour ends at 5:30pm
      • Tour duration: 90 minutes. Frequency: every 30 minutes
      • Live tour commentary is provided in English
      • Mobile and paper vouchers are accepted for this tour can be redeemed at any of the stops along the route. Vouchers are only valid for the date specified at time of booking. Vouchers will not be accepted on any other date
      • Wheelchair accessible buses- guests are welcome to inquire about accessibility on the next bus on 1-800-362-1811
      • Garden District Guided Walking Tour (included in the 2-day and 3-day tickets only): Departs at 11am, 12pm, 1pm, 2pm and 3pm. Meeting Point: Stop 11. You can join the walking tour on any day your bus ticket is valid
      • French Quarter Guided Walking Tour (included in the 3-day ticket only): Departs at 11am, 12pm, 1pm, 2pm and 3pm. Meeting Point: City Sightseeing Jackson Square Ticket Office, 700 Decatur Street (near Stop 1). You can join the walking tour on any day your bus ticket is valid
      • Stop 8 will be closed on Sunday 14th December and Sunday 21st December due to Saints home game days. Customers should proceed to Stop 9 at 545 St. Charles Avenue
      • Please note, the tour will not operate on Sunday 7th December due to the New Orleans Holiday Parade being rescheduled as a result of severe weather. Service will also be suspended on Saturday 6th December as originally planned. Bookings made for Sunday will be honoured on Monday 8th December
