      Around 10.00am, before arriving at the open-air kitchen, you will be taken to a local fresh market. Whilst this is quite an experience in itself, you are at the market to select the ingredients needed to prepare three of Thailand’s favorite meals. Thai food has become world famous for the many flavors and health benefits found in every mouthful. Learn the art of Thai cooking and fruit carving so that you may enjoy these amazing foods in your home.

      The restaurant has been awarded three times with the famous Michelin Star and is in a very tranquil and nostalgic location not far away from the centre of Khao Lak. A herb garden and an original small Tin Mining museum make this area truly unique.

      Kung Saroong - Deep fried prawns wrapped in fresh egg noodles.
      Chicken Cashew Nut - Stir fried cashew nuts, fresh vegetables and chicken in a Thai style sauce.
      Panaeng Curry - Curry paste and coconut milk reduced by frying to create a thick and rich sauce.

      Having enjoyed eating your self-cooked meal for Lunch, you will be transferred back to your Khao Lak hotel at approximately 2.00pm.
