Know before you book

  • As a preventive measure, before boarding the bus or accessing a park, the temperature will be scanned through a digital remote device on every visitor or staff member.
  • In the event of having symptoms such as cough, sore throat, runny nose, and/or red eyes and a temperature exceeding 100.4 F (38 C), our staff reserves the right to refuse to board our transportation or to enter our facilities.
  • Your 2 tours do not have to take place on consecutive days. Select the day you would like to participate in your first tour when you complete your booking. You will arrange the date for your second tour when you confirm your reservation with the tour operator.
  • Both tours departs around 8 AM from Cancun and 9 AM from the Riviera Maya. You will receive confirmation of your exact pick-up times and location when you confirm your reservation.
  • Children 4 and younger are complimentary. Please inform the provider that you will be traveling with an infant when confirming your booking.
  • Children 11 and younger who are taller than 4 feet 6 inches (1.4 m) must have identification to verify their age.
  • Complete your booking by selecting the day of your first tour. When confirming your reservation to the provider, indicate which tour you will participate in first, and confirm the date of the second activity included. Contact information is included in your voucher.
  • If you are traveling with infants, it is necessary to add them in your booking since by the Mexican law they must be included in the passenger list of the bus / van
