The tour was 8am tour. The transportation picked us up at 7:15am. We arrived at Fajardo port aroung 8:15. Then we had to sit there still 10am to waiting all people come. The crew did not prepare the food, water or anything in advance. While we was waiting, they started loading all the stuff to the boat eventhough the tour should be start at 8am. Thats ridiculous! When we arrived Flamenco Beach. The crew told us to swim to the shore. Wth? One lady told the crew that she does not know how to swim, and then one of the crew member said “you book this tour, you suppose to know how to swim”. Ok. That was rude. So we had to swim to the shore. Because of that we can not bring any towel or anything. We were on the beach 3 hours without nothing. On the way to swim back to the boat, my mom was almost drowned eventhough she had life vest on because she was super tired. That was terrible experience. The food was not good. How can we can eat sandwich when we on board like that? Haizzz
