Reception at the airport, hotel, or other location. Transportation to the Huitoto community located 7.7 km away. The first activity begins with a guided jungle walk led by a host. During this first tour, the objective is to learn about the different malocas (huts) along the way and talk about their importance and why they were built. This entrance trail will take us approximately 2 hours to reach the main house of the family where we will spend the day and night. Upon arrival, we will participate in many activities such as: swimming in the Takana River, visiting the chagra, crafts and painting workshops; but above all, we will witness the unique medicine that is prepared in this culture to the point of being invited to try it (mambe, ambil, and rape). The day ends with a nighttime exploration in search of animals “that the jungle surprises us with.” We will spend the first night in a private cabin with a private bathroom.
Day 2: Lotus Flower Nature Reserve - Banks of the Amazon River

Breakfast will be around 8:00 a.m. at the maloca. We will then walk back to the main road. From there, we'll travel to the shores of Lake Yahuarcaca, which will take us to the Flor de Loto Natural Reserve, where we will spend the day and night. We will participate in activities such as: bird watching, canoe or kayak trips, artisanal fishing, a night outing, and swimming in the lake or the Amazon River, depending on the season. There will also be time for relaxation and contemplation of the landscape from the hammock area. The night will be spent in a cabin facing the lake.

Breakfast will be around 8:00 a.m. At approximately 9:15 a.m., we'll take a public speedboat to the department's second municipality (about a 2-hour trip). Upon arrival, we'll head to our accommodation for lunch. In the afternoon, we will begin our city tour to explore the surrounding communities and the urban center of the municipality. We will visit several points of interest, including a viewpoint, monuments dedicated to the region, and artisanal ice cream and craft shops. Our dinner will be held in a Tikuna maloca with a host family. The night concludes with a short nocturnal walk. We'll then return to our accommodation for the night.

Breakfast at 8:00 a.m. We'll then depart by boat for the Peruvian community of San Antonio Reubicación. Our activity for the first part of the morning is a hike on a trail created by the community to spot and observe primates, birds, and, most importantly, a unique mammal of the territory: the sloth. This trail takes a maximum of 3 hours to complete, allowing visitors to have the best possible experience. We'll have a traditional, typical lunch of patarasca de pescado (fish cooked in leaves), take a break, and then return by boat to Puerto Nariño. At approximately 3:30 p.m., we'll take a shared public boat back to the city of Leticia (about a 2-hour trip). Our activities will conclude at 5:30 p.m.
