I had along with my family the tour of Dachau concentration camp. Our tour guide, Silvina was great and I’d say she was the ONLY person in your staff who made this tour enjoyable. When we arrived at München Hbf, no one of your staff was there (being earlier than 830AM), but what pissed me off, was the fact that we were told you had “overbooked the tour” and that “due to municipal restrictions”, we could not go on tour. We asked for a solution and the staff simply did not care, in fact one of them, Rhans, said in a very despective way in spanish (noticed immediately his Chilean accent): “refund them the money”, (devuélvanle la plata) which is unacceptable and inappropriate to say it in that way and without any explanations earlier. The lack of organization is CONCERNINGLY big, as it is a complete mess. I think that this is NOT the costumer experience someone wishes to have, especially if booking the tour through a big travel agency such as Expedia. As a family of 4, we felt discri
