What you can expect
Come enjoy a thrill of a life time with a PADI Discover Scuba Dive with a PADI 5 Star Dive Facilty teaching Scuba Diving since 1989. Your tour starts with a concise 30-minute lesson covering basic scuba skills, dive equipment and dive theory by your experienced PADI Dive Instructor
The dry land lesson will be followed by donning your gear and entering the shallow water to practice basic scuba skills. From near pool like conditions in shallow water you will simply submerge and begin your guided dive along a coral reef.with your PADI Dive Instructor. Goups are limited to a maximum of only 4 divers per instructor.
Your air gauge will be carefully monitored by your Dive instructor to ensure that you don’t get low on air. The dive typically lasts about 40 minutes with a possible maximum depth of up to 40 ft.
Don’t miss out on this once-in-a-lifetime scuba experience! Most likely a Scuba Dive is on your bucket list. Be prepared to possibly encounter a sea turtle or stingray along with other varied marine life as you dive along a live Caribbean Coral Reef. Actual depth will depend on comfort level of the divers and judgement of the Dive instructor, maximum depth will not exceed 40ft.
If you are thinking about getting PADI Open Water Certified you could possibly count this dive towards that goal. Since 1989 we’ve turned on hundreds of beginner divers who have continue training to become PADI Open Water Certified divers! Talk to your Dive Instructor for more details. Its easier than you might think.
Time permitting, arrive early, sign in and go snorkeling which is a great way to warm-up for your Scuba dive. Coki Beach is considered the best snorkeling on St Thomas. We are located in the parking lot of the Coral World Ocean Park just after Coki Beach. For the non-diver as mentioned Coki has good snorkleling and there are lounge chairs and umbellas for rent on the beach for relaxing while divers are taking their dive.
