What's included, what's not
Know before you book
- To enter a Theme Park, both a reservation and valid ticket for admission to the same Park on the same date are required. You must make a separate reservation for each date you plan to visit, even with a multi-day ticket.
- Each day of use of the *Disneyland*® Resort Ticket or *Park Hopper*® Ticket constitutes 1 full day of use.
- Multi-day tickets, unless otherwise stated, tickets expire 13 days after first use or January 12, 2024, whichever occurs first.
- 1-day tickets, no refund or credit given if a higher tier ticket is used on a lower tier date. Unless otherwise stated, tickets expire December 30, 2024.
- Children 2 and younger are complimentary. Some attractions may have height restrictions.
- In order to redeem your voucher, you must present a valid passport or government-issued photo ID that matches the contact name you used when booking. If you do not present a valid form of identification, you will not receive admission, and you will not be issued a refund.
- Disneyland onsite hotel guests can enter theme parks 30 minutes before regular park opening.
- Children 2 and younger are complimentary.
- Modified tickets cannot be cancelled or refunded.
