We will do a mindfulness activity together and then walk slowly in search of emotions in nature. We will use not only our sight and hearing but also our sense of smell and touch. The aim is to connect emotionally with the natural environment, feeling within ourselves the ecosystems and the conservation of a unique environment of biodiversity, species, landscapes, history, and human experiences.
All you need is your willingness to “switch off” for a while. Clothing suitable for outdoor activities. Light trekking shoes or sneakers. Hat and water to drink. A mat or towel to lie on if you don't want to sit on the grass or ground.
