Description

During the Bootcamp training session you are training in a small group, which is instructed by a qualified trainer.

You start with a Warm-up, mobility exercises followed by technical training and the main work out, which takes about 20 minutes. Depending on the protocoll it is HIT training, tabata or AMRAP. We close the session with a Cool-Down.

Alltogether it is a 50 minutes fitness course.

The exersices and the training will be guided by a qualified instructor.

The exercices are bodyweight (calisthenics) or performed with small equipment (kettlebell, Medicineball).

We can adjust the exercises to all fitness levels. From Beginner to athlete, everybody is welcome.

We expect you to give it all and beyond. Your instructor is awaiting you. If the weather is good, we go outside, otherwise it is in a traiing room.
