Hoefijzerlaan 37, 8000 Brugge, Belgium | Right in front of the Grand Hotel Normandy, which is on Hoefijzerlaan nr 37. Please stand outside the hotel at 8.55 am. We will be there if not shortly after. If your hotel is more than a 10-minute walk from this pick-up location, please call the tour operator at least 24 hours before your tour to arrange an alternative pick-up time and place. Our phone lines are open from 8.00 am to 9.00 pm. Don't do this by email as the phone is always picked up, but someone is not at the office at all times to respond to emails.
