Start your day in Cardiff, where you will be collected by the Central Railway Station. From there we will drive through the City, discovering some fabulous information as we go, We then travel up the river Taff valley and then we follow the Rhondda river, with a guided tour of the world famous Rhondda Valley in Southeast Wales, home to King Coal. passing through Pontypridd, birthplace of Tom Jones, and a visit to the UK's largest single arch stone bridge. It's then up over the Rhigos with its spectacular views of the National Park.
We then enter the Bannau Brycheiniog (Brecon Beacons) National Park and visit some of the most spectacular Waterfalls that South Wales has to offer.
Walking through the dramatic river gorges of Ystradfellte, walk behind Sgwd yr Eira (the Snow Falls), the most famous of all the waterfalls in South Wales (you'll need a waterproof), guaranteed to get a bit wet. It's then onto several other dramatic falls and a chance for a swim. We then visit Henrhyd Falls, the highest waterfall in South Wales and the waterfall made famous in the Batman movies as the secret entrance and exit to the Bat cave.
With a stop for lunch or a picnic, it's a full day of adventure in South Wales.
Finishing our day back in Cardiff, tired but happy.
