The tour may be canceled if the minimum group size of 10 people is not reached. Customers will be notified approximately 3 to 4 days before the departure date in such cases.
Kindly verify your meeting point in advance and arrive 10-15 minutes before the departure time.
Please adhere to the scheduled time, as we cannot accommodate delays or wait for any reason. The tour will depart promptly as scheduled to respect everyone’s time. Refunds will not be issued for late arrivals or arrivals at the wrong location, even if contact is made prior to departure.
In case of severe traffic due to holidays or adverse weather conditions, some planned attractions may be omitted without refunds. We recommend guests check their travel dates carefully in advance.

Next, head to the peaceful beauty of Arashiyama. Wander through the famous Bamboo Forest, where towering green stalks create a unique and calming atmosphere as sunlight filters through. This enchanting path offers an unforgettable experience.
