Take a full day to visit the Tiger Cave Temple, the Emerald Pool, and the Krabi hot springs, 3 of Krabi's most famous attractions. Climb up a staggering hill for spectacular views and history at Tiger Cave Temple, then refresh yourself with a dip in the Emerald Pool and Krabi hot springs.

Get picked up from your hotel and begin the drive to Wat Them Suea, or Tiger Cave Temple. One of the most sacred Buddhist sites in the region, the temple is named for a rock outgrowth that resembles a tiger's claw and the tiger paw prints found in the caves. Climb either the 130-step path or challenge yourself to the 1,239-step hike up to the temple, where you're rewarded with stunning views of the area. Venture into the caves to see beautiful religious statues and carvings alongside artefacts that date back to the Stone Age.

After the Tiger Cave Temple, head to Khao Phra Bang Khram Nature Reserve to visit the Emerald Pool and Krabi hot springs. At the Emerald Pool, go for a swim in the jade-hued waters, which are colored by an abundance of minerals from surrounding limestone hills. Also pay a visit to the nearby natural hot springs, which bubble up from the earth at 122 degrees Fahrenheit (50 C) and cascade down the Klong Thom Waterfall into a cooler pool ideal for swimming. Wrap up your day with a dip in the warm, relaxing water before returning to your hotel.

I give a 4 star because they should change the bouddha temple to the beginning of the day instead of at the end of the day. Since when you go in the hot water pools you get really relaxed after and you are too tired to get up the 1260 steps there is to climb to go see the Buddha at the top of the mountain. Other then that the experience is a 5 star 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟!

-Driver was late picking us up and we were the first stop -Hot springs were amazing. Really busy so be patient but amazing non the less. Bring a waterproof camera cover, it will really help. Toilet facilities are terrible. Excrement on the floor, no actual toilet just a hole in the floor. -Lagoon also really cool, water was quite warm again. Super busy again but it’s a tourist attraction so to be expected. You have to pay 5 baht for toilets here and they’re equally as bad. -Tiger temple was beautiful, again toilet facilities were filthy, there was a bucket next to the whole in the floor filled with water and a poo floating atop. At this point we asked to go home as we’d been about 7 hours without using the bathroom. The tour guide said we could get a ride with our driver for an extra 500 baht which I agreed. Then the tour guide said we’d agreed to wait. I told her she was lying but then she pretended her English wasn’t good when she’d been speaking it all day. Day ruined.

Our driver was rude and did not speak english. I had to chase him to let him know we were on his bus. If the climb to the temple was in the beginning, then the hot stream would not be as crowded and would soothe the aching legs after the climb. The meal was very good. There should be some safe access to enter the Emerald pool. It is very slippery and many people were falling while entering and exiting.
