Spend a full day getting a comprehensive look at Rio de Janeiro's most famous landmarks. This tour takes you on a cruise through Guanabara Bay, up Corcovado Mountain to see the Christ the Redeemer statue, and to the summit of Sugarloaf Mountain for a spectacular view of the city.
Begin your day with hotel pickup, and then board a cruise at the Marina da Gloria pier. As you sail around the Guanabara Bay, pass under the Rio-Niteroi Bridge and catch sight of the São João and Santa Cruz forts, which protected the city in the 16th century. Once you arrive back at port, head to lunch at a Brazilian churrascaria for a meal of traditional barbecue.
Following lunch, drive up the Tijuca National Park to visit the the Corcovado Mountain and the majestic Christ the Redeemer statue at its peak. The iconic sculpture overlooks the city in a panorama that stretches all aroung the city as well as the neighbouring city of Niteroi.

Your last stop of the day is at Sugarloaf Mountain. Drive to its base and climb aboard a cable car that takes you first to the neighboring Urca Hill. Here, enjoy views from a vantage of 705 feet (215 m) before riding the rest of the way up to Sugarloaf's peak. Standing at 1,299 feet (396 m) over the city, relish breathtaking vistas of the region as the sun begins to set. Head back to your hotel as dusk settles over the city.
