Description

See the best sites of Pittsburgh in just a few hours aboard our new, double-decker buses. With a friendly and funny guide behind the wheel, this engaging tour highlights history, architecture, and plenty of spots for shopping, dining, and entertainment that you can explore later on your own.

Board the bus at any of the stops along the route and set off into the city. The bus begins in Southside Works and winds its way along the river, traveling up into North Shore, through the bustling Strip District, and finally into Oakland, home to the University of Pittsburgh and Carnegie Museums.

Along the way, your local guide shares insight into the history of the city, pointing out important landmarks such as the Duquesne Incline railway, Heinz Field stadium, Wholey's Fish Market, Point State Park, and Heinz Memorial Chapel.

The city is also home a wide range of museums, galleries, and other attractions including the Carnegie Science Center, Andy Warhol Museum, Heinz History Center, Phipps Conservatory and Botanical Garden, and the collection housed inside the Carnegie Museums. The tour route is perfect, the 21 stopping points covered all the significant areas of the city. The tour guides are not only knowledgeable but also very friendly and humor. Because of their introduction, we actually went back to some of the areas later and explored more of the beauty of Pittsburgh. It’s a wonderful city tour experience, thank you!
