Learn to cook delicious Vietnamese food in Ho Chi Minh City including a visit to Ben Thanh Market. The market is one of the oldest surviving structures in Vietnam, and is a popular spot for locals seeking locally grown ingredients for cooking. This 3.5-hour course is a hands-on class, with an introduction to the food culture of Vietnam.
Pick up at hotel at 0800. Transfer to our local restaurant where you will meet up with one of local Chef there before going to the famous Ben Thanh Market to get a hand on the ingredients which you will need to make your own dishes. The Chef will happen to brief you through the menu of the day to which you will learn how to make. By visiting the Ben Thanh Market with our Chef, you will have not only great time to wander inside this iconic symbol of Ho Chi Minh City but also a great opportunity for you to learn a thing or two about price negotiation or how to choose the fresh ingredients from our Chef.
After returning to the local restaurant, you will put on your apron and get ready to get your hand on the preparation to make 2 Starters. Our Chef will be working close with you to make sure that you have the correct technique. You can also share with our Chef your own cooking method so that we can both learn something through the class. Our menu includes 2 Starters and 1 main Dish.

After the class, you will receive the Cooking Certification as proof that you completed our class. We will drop you off back at the hotel after the Certification was handed out to you.
