First, watch a demonstration and then make your own soba noodles using a premium blend of buckwheat flour and Uji matcha.

Enjoy your freshly made soba with a traditional dipping sauce and a special matcha salt, uniquely developed to enhance the flavor of matcha soba – something you cannot taste anywhere else. You will also whisk your own matcha drink with a chasen (茶筅) and finish with a matcha soba mochi, where you sprinkle kuromitsu and kinako by yourself for a fun and interactive touch.
