After that, you can enjoy 2 cups of matcha along with seasonal Japanese sweets while experiencing the manners of the tea ceremony. You don't need to know the movements or manners beforehand. Even those who “don't know how to walk on tatami mats” or “can't sit up straight” are fine. The instructors will provide gentle and careful support, so anyone can feel free to join.
