What you can expect

Enjoy breathtaking views of the Andes mountains range and its landmarks during the High Mountain Sightseeing Tour in Mendoza. Along the road, be impressed by the Cordon del Plata mountain range and the Potrerillos Dam by Mendoza River for un unforgettable experience in this beautiful city.

The tour starts early in the morning, with the pick up from your hotel. The first stop is at Uspallata, a pre-Hispanic settlement of Huarpes aborigines and the southern last point of the Inca Empire. Continue to the villages of Picheuta, Polvareda, Punta de Vacas and Los Penitentes ski resort, where you have some free time to use the chair lift (not included) to get amazing panoramic views of the area.

Later, drive along the route to Puente del Inca - 2750 meters above sea level - to the viewpoint of Cerro Aconcagua, the highest peak of America, with its 6959 meters.

From there, go to Horcones Lagoon and the Aconcagua Provincial Park. Following the international route, we reach our ultimate destination: Las Cuevas, a European-style village, located 3200 meters above sea level. From there, we find a path that takes us up to the “Cristo Redentor” monument, located 4200 meters above sea level at the border between Argentina and Chile,a and symbolizes the union between the countries.
